ANDY YATES | FOUNDER
Andy Yates has 14 years of winning campaign experience in his home state of North Carolina and across the nation. He has experience at virtually every level of campaigns from Governor to Congress to small town Mayor, as well as in consulting with issue advocacy groups, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and associations to build support for their causes at the local, state, and national levels.
Andy has received the prestigious “Rising Star” award from Campaigns and Elections Magazine. Given annually since 1998, this award, “one of the most prestigious honors in the campaign world,” recognizes the top up and coming talent in the political world. “Rising Star” winners have launched dozens of the top political consulting firms and have served in senior positions on the presidential campaigns of every major party nominee since 1992.
Andy is a regular guest on News 14’s Capital Tonight, a statewide news program discussing local, state and national issues and his expertise has also been featured on WCNC NBC 6′s Flashpoint, a weekly political affairs program focusing on important issues in North Carolina. He has been interviewed by numerous news outlets including Politico, Roll Call, The Hill, WECT-6 (NBC), News 14 Carolina, WWAY-3 (ABC) The Charlotte Observer, The Raleigh News & Observer, The Greenville (SC) News, The Wilmington Star News and The Fayetteville Observer. Andy and Red Dome Group are currently working on national, statewide, congressional and state legislative races in states as diverse as Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio and Minnesota well as well as with national and state issue groups, associations, educational institutions, and large and small businesses. 2016 has been especially good to Andy and Red Dome Group as they won a clean sweep in the fall elections with their clients winning all 18 of their races. This followed a very successful primary season where Red Dome clients won 15 out of their 19 primary elections.
Andy is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of Wake Forest University. He presently resides in the Lake Norman area.

LUKE STANCIL | DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL OPERATIONS & CONSULTANT
Luke Stancil has worked in the United States House of Representatives, Governor's Office, North Carolina Department of Public Safety, and the Halls of the General Assembly.
In 2013, Luke was appointed by Governor Pat McCrory as the only high school student in the State of North Carolina to serve as an advocate for all the students in the public education system to the Governor’s Task Force on Safer Schools. He excelled in his role as a member of the Task Force and helped construct legislation for cyber-bullying prevention measures of the Anti-Bullying Amendment in the 2014 State Budget, and then contributed to lobbying for it in the General Assembly successfully. When Luke was only 17, the North Carolina Department of Public Safety hired him as a special projects coordinator in the Center for Safer Schools.
In 2016, Luke was hired by the Governor’s Office as boards and commissions/human resources staffer for Governor Pat McCrory. The boards and commissions staff reposed special confidence in his ability and granted him with the opportunity to receive and make recommendations to Governor McCrory for appointments of qualified candidates for the agriculture, environmental, forestry and wildlife boards and commissions. He served as the youngest staffer in the McCrory administration.
In December of 2016, Luke was awarded among the most prestigious awards conferred by the Governor of North Carolina, The Order of the Long Leaf Pine for his outstanding service to North Carolina. Luke is the youngest recipient of The Order of the Long Leaf Pine in state history.
Luke served as Vice Chairman of the North Carolina State Youth Council. The council advises the youth councils of North Carolina, encourages state and local councils to take an active part in governmental and civic affairs, promotes and participates in leadership and citizenship programs and cooperates with other youth-oriented groups.
Luke is currently the President of the JoCo Reads Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Johnston County, North Carolina. JoCo Reads provides books to classrooms and students in the Johnston County Public Schools System; supports activities to provide those classrooms in Johnston County with supplies; and sponsors activities to promote reading programs in kindergarten through third grade in Johnston County.

DAVID MOWERY
David Mowery is a Consultant for Red Dome Group and the Chairman of Mowery Consulting Group, LLC – a public relations, public affairs and political consulting firm, and FIXR Digital, the advertising arm of MCG, both based in Montgomery, Ala. with offices in Washington, DC and New Orleans, LA.
David is a member of The American Association of Political Consultants Inaugural Class of 40 Under 40, The University of Georgia’s 2014 Class of 40 Under 40 Alumni, and was named a Rising Star by Campaigns and Elections Magazine in 2011. He is a 1999 graduate of The Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at The University of Georgia.
David’s experience as a fundraiser, political strategist and message maven and early adopter of digital technology, combined with on the ground experience have made him a sought after commodity and trusted advisor in his adopted home state of Alabama. His client list reads like a who’s who of Alabama politics and powerbrokers, and includes the Lt. Governor, state senators and state representatives, numerous judges and mayors, and major associations and corporate interests.
His access and knowledge of the Alabama press, as well as ability to bend the ear of reporters regionally has given him a hidden hand in many of the bigger stories to emerge from Alabama in recent years.

BILL GREENER
Bill Greener is has more than 30 years in the communications and political consulting fields, he has set the standard for uncovering solutions while developing a reputation for putting together winning strategies when communications is the key to victory in a political arena. He has an extensive background in dealing with situations that involve balancing public opinion, public policy and political considerations. In addition to his work with Red Dome Group.
From 1991 through the formation of Greener and Hook, he was a partner at the firm of Smith & Harroff (S&H), an Alexandria, Virginia-based consulting firm, working on both corporate and political accounts. In 1996, Greener took a leave of absence from Smith & Harroff to serve as Convention Manager for the Republican National Convention. The San Diego convention was one of the most highly praised in convention history for turning an event usually of interest only to political activists into an entertaining television program that attracted and interested a much wider audience. Greener has played a role in every GOP Convention since 1984, including serving as Program Director for the 2008 and 2016 conventions. Greener's efforts at the 2016 convention were such a success that he was selected to serve as Executive Producer for Public Ceremonies and Events for the 58th Presidential Inaugural Committee.
Before going to S&H, he held a series of senior public affairs posts in both the corporate and political world. In 1990, Greener was Vice President for Public Affairs for Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, he directed corporate communications and state government affairs for International Paper for three years.
In the 1986 election cycle, Greener was the Deputy Chief of Staff for political operations at the Republican National Committee (RNC), where he was responsible for directing the communications and political divisions, the operating arms of the RNC. Prior to holding this position, he spent three years as Communications Director for the RNC.
At the outset of the Reagan Administration, Greener held the post of Director of Public Affairs at the Department of Energy (DOE). In addition, he has been Director of Media Operations for the U.S. Synthetic Fuels Corporation and served in the communications offices of both the Treasury Department and the Ford White House. Other political posts include Director of Media Operations for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), Communications Director for the Illinois Republican State Party, and a similar job for the state’s U.S. Senate candidate in 1980.
